¡THE XVI ENO-VII CANCOA 2019 WILL TAKE PLACE ON 26- 30TH OF NOVEMBER 2019 IN MONTERIA CITY (COLOMBIA)!

As the previous XV ENO-VI CANCOA 2017 will be designed to deliver, the latest findings and research results performed within Academy and Industry Andean. The event is designed for matchmaking and networking of academy researchers and companies representatives for finding common interests in latinomerican, partners for collaboration, invest in opportunities.

Companies-exhibitors interested in the Latinamerican countries region markets are encouraged to present their products, services, and technologies and participate in the pitch session, specially designed for raising the awareness of all event attendees of exhibiting companies’ goods. There is a discount rate applied for Companies that support research in optics in latinomerica. This is of economically reasonable to use this option. This year we plan to collect the open positions available in Colombian and Latinoamerican Universities (members and partners of Colombian Optical network: RCO) and to announce them to the students and Investigators. Moreover, we plan to collect the applications from students and Investigators to fulfill the needs of the industry.

We are very looking forward to continuing making this event as a platform for a fruitful collaboration!

The XVI ENO-VII CANCOA 2019 will take place in Monteria in the campus of Cordoba University, thi institution was originally created (Law 103 de 1962). the flat territory (average temperature of 27 degrees), near the sea and its beautiful landscapes, as well as the welcoming of its people make this university a space to share research in optics and its applications. Known for its multifunctional spaces, the buildings in the campus continues to function as a meeting place: in addition to being used for the university’s own events, its facilities are also open to the public. The variated vegetation and surrounding forest have inspired the academic investigation, folcloric music and handicrafts, which’s are a Colombian cultural gem.
